Your Role

As our Document support Officer, you will be responsible for or the day-to-day execution of the Document Management System for NGA. Primarily supporting the documents through the document lifecycle to include supporting document authors, reviewers and owners through the process as necessary and ensuring timely reviews and updates of documents and utilising version controls to prevent unintended use of obsolete versions.

As a member of the Quality and Mission Assurance team you will contribute to the improvement of the Quality Management System.

About You

We are looking for a motivated Business Administrator or Document controller with Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong attention to detail. A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Be comfortable working both independently and working collaboratively with others is essential
