Opportunity:

Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and operating a comprehensive Security Program, ensuring compliance with US Govt and company security policies and procedures.  The Security Administrator is responsible for program facilities and government- furnished equipment; manages the security credentials and access for the entire team, including subcontractors, provides staff training and updates on security issues, and reports staff security status to the Government Program Manager.

Be an active member of an Agile Program Management organization with daily communication with CACI PMO staff.

More About the Role:

  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and training for protecting information, personnel, property, and facilities from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.
  • Develops and implements security plans for facility access by employees, vendors, government personnel and others.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for analyzing and evaluating the character and background of employees, candidates for employment, and other persons having or seeking access to sensitive information, material, or facilities.
  • Conducts surveys to determine if a facility meets corporate and government requirements to store sensitive information and material.  Assists in bringing facilities up to established standards.
  • Negotiates formal security agreements with subcontractors.
  • Determines and processes organizational and personnel clearance actions.
  • Conducts security briefings.
  • Acts as security liaison with CACI management, FSO, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum three years related work experience.​
  • Prior working experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO).
  • U.S. citizenship and minimum active TS Clearance.
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with JPAS and e-QIP.
  • Experience with personnel security, document and visitor control.
  • Experience in the U.S. Government, DoD, Intelligence, or contractor community in security management.
  • Excellent written and oral communications and teamwork skills.
  • Self-starter able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
