Job Description:

The Services Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Arrow ECS Global Services organization.  This resource will report to the Arrow ECS Global Operations Manager and will support the Arrow Services team.  This role entails delivering and managing the day-to-day business operational tasks to run the services business from accounting support to vendor management.  Focus is upon delivering support to the sales motion to ensuring attention to details and aligning operational practices with strategic business goals.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a knack for organization, project management and process optimization.  Critical to success is the ability to complete tasks timely and drive others to do so as well.  The Services Operations Associate will have a clear understanding of how to integrate success with other lines of business (to include but not limited to accounting, finance, sales) in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the processes of sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction from quoting to order processing.
• Ensure all service operations comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the services sales operations processes for quote to cash processes including vendor payment and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency with other lines of business such as sales, delivery, accounting, finance and business development.
• Use data analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fully understand digital tools available and augment when necessary, with general desktop tools.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction of service delivery on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Engage directly with Arrow corporate or line of business resources such as sales operations, accounting/finance, procurement and IT
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to align operations with company goals.
• Identify potential risks in service operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the services team supports customers and corporate policy for operational efforts.
• Work with vendors and provide operational needs to support time management, billings and resource tools access.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in business operations, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as accounting, procurement and sales operations.
• Experience with quoting, processing purchase orders (POs), and managing invoices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
• Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
• Must have experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products: Excel (intermediate/to advanced level is a must), PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
