Job Description

OVERVIEW:

YOUR ROLE AS A:

This role involved developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase the Take-Up rate of add-ons such as baggage, seat selection, meals insurance, and other value-added services. 

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

  • Be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for ancillary products.

  • Delivered development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns to increase the take-up rate of add-ons such as baggage, seat selection, meal insurance, and other value-added services. 

  • Develop marketing calendar and channel/distribution strategy by having end-to-end accountability of commercial delivery into the market and work closely with regional/local integrated marketing team, social media, digital marketing, and creative team to ensure ancillary products strategy is aligned to the overall AirAsia.com Strategy.

  • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.

  • Work closely internally with the relevant team to establish a channel strategy (external party).

  • Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand enhances the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion.

  • Constantly engage with the Product team to enhance the user experience.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or any related field

  • Experiences in Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategy for 3 years onwards

  • Understanding marketing trends and having passionate in airline business

  • Creating graphic design or artwork with creativity ideas according to Customer Intelligence (CI) of the company.

  • Excellent at English and interpersonal skills

  • Creativity, working as a team and under pressure with limited time.
