Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Lead, you will design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance, and meet dynamic business demands. You will coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter, and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve analyzing infrastructure requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to optimize IT infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure projects. - Analyze infrastructure requirements and develop strategies to optimize performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in IT infrastructure. - Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure services. - Develop and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure. - Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for IT infrastructure projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux. - Experience with IT infrastructure design and implementation. - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies. - Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure management tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience with IT infrastructure automation and orchestration. - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
