Our Growth team is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in driving demand and revenue growth - designing, implementing, and optimising automated lifecycle campaigns across user segments and stages. It will play a key part in building the CRM marketing function at Moss through a relentless focus on conversion, activation, and engagement. 

Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

  • Build world class automated campaigns: Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, in-app communications, push notifications, and other CRM initiatives to drive customer onboarding, activation, retention and expansion.

  • Navigate the data: Utilise customer data and segmentation techniques to personalise communications, enhance customer experience, and optimise campaign effectiveness

  • Push revenue forward: Drive growth across key metrics such as pipeline, revenue, activation & upsell. You will measure success, optimise against targets, and report on performance on a recurring cadence.

  • Boost our brand: Optimise referral programs to drive user acquisition and retention, innovating new ways to attract and retain users.

  • Take full ownership: Own the entire process from optimisation to analysis and further improvements, ensuring continuous development of the CRM lifecycle. 

  • Engage stakeholders: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Rev Ops and Sales to ensure full alignment for the best possible campaigns.  

About you:

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role: 

  • Proven experience in email marketing/CRM, preferably within a lifecycle CRM setting. Also a track record within the B2B SaaS sector at a fast paced, product-led growth company.

  • Deep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution). Also you will have a solid understanding of tools such as Hubspot and Intercom too. 

  • You are fluent in English (German would be a plus)
