Responsibilities:

• Drives the program execution proactively across all related function groups.
• Provide support to platform program manager during design phase.
• Lead the program in qualification phase and MRR phase at Thailand site.
• Embeds program management best practices, including Risk Upfront, within the Platform.
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables of the program using Lumentum’s PDP check list as a reference.
• Run weekly accountability meetings starting qualification phase or earlier. Identify risks and provide risk mitigation plan with the team. Drive on time delivery of the program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or related field.
• Min 5 years' solid project management experience
• With working experience in optical industry is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Kaizen and PDP (Product Development Process)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• must have excellent people skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Travel to oversee (Thailand) manufacturing site as needed.
