As Product Manager for Experimentation and Measurement, you will steer the vision that unifies our technology investments, unlocking the potential of analytics, testing, experimentation, and research.
This role is pivotal in identifying and advocating for use cases that form the cornerstone for understanding our audiences and scaling our products. You’ll collaborate within the Product department and across the Enterprise to comprehend the information necessary to fuel our Product strategy.
You will partner with technology leaders to ensure our solutions connect our data, enhancing confidence, minimizing system overlap and duplicity, and accelerating experimentation for rapid learning.
Product Strategy and Vision
Collaborate with business leaders, product partners, and cross-functional teams to define the product vision and strategy.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
Translate business goals into actionable product plans.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management
Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create a product roadmap.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product releases.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Management
Balance competing demands from various stakeholders (business, technology, and customers).
Facilitate scope, design, and requirements discussions with cross-functional teams.
Resolve disagreements and keep the product vision intact.
Technology Aptitude
Understand quantitative and qualitative measurement tools.
Familiarity with experimentation platforms and behavioral analysis methods.
Proficiency in website management, digital marketing, advertising, ecommerce, payments, and CRM/audience management tech stacks.
Agile Practices and Change Management
Familiarity with software delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
Champion process improvements and change management practices.
Communication and Analytical Skills
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical abilities to use data for decision-making.
Continuous Learning
Stay current with emerging technology trends.
Understand testing methodologies and user acceptance techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of product management experience with a track record of positive outcomes.
Experience leading product development from concept to launch.
Results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
