Position Summary...

Walmart Energy leads the company’s efforts to ensure affordable, reliable, and clean energy across our operations and the communities we serve. The team is responsible for enterprise-wide energy strategy, investments, operations, and policy engagement, working closely with partners across the business and externally to support Walmart’s long-term performance and resilience.

The Executive Assistant reports to the Senior Vice President, Walmart Energy, and provides administrative and operational support to Energy leadership. This role is a trusted partner to senior leaders and plays an important part in enabling the team to operate efficiently and stay focused on strategic priorities.

Supporting a small, fast-moving leadership team, the Executive Assistant manages complex calendars, coordinates meetings and events, and oversees travel and expenses. The role requires sound judgment, professionalism, and the highest level of integrity, including the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and care, anticipate leadership needs, and operate effectively in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.

What you'll do...

  • Manage and prioritize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support incoming communications by monitoring requests, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with department activities, including team meetings, planning sessions, and operational processes in partnership with other EAs and associates.
  • Prepare leadership for key meetings by organizing agendas, gathering materials, and ensuring timely access to pre-reads
  • Support planning and execution of stakeholder events, including on-campus convenings, working sessions, and team offsites
  • Draft and edit communications such as emails, meeting notes, and presentation materials with clarity and attention to detail
  • Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements and accurate itineraries
  • Manage expense reporting and vendor invoicing in alignment with Walmart policies and timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, resolving requests and providing administrative support.
  • Identify process improvements and support implementation of business solutions aligned with company goals

What you'll bring...
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Proven expertise in calendar management and scheduling with minimal supervision
  • Strong administrative and office support skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with travel and expense systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proofreading and editing business documents
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and technology needs efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems proactively, and adapt in a mission-driven environment

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
