The Health and Civil Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a remote Senior Program Scheduler. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Science and Infrastructure mission. This position will support the Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) Center of Excellence (COE) team in support of the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) programs.

We are looking for a strong communicator with hands-on knowledge of all aspects of scheduling and EVMS implementations, program support, training, tools, and surveillance functions from proposal to preparation for award, to start-up through IBRs and continuing through the execution lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with program leads in implementing program scheduling business rhythms, developing baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
  • Assist in applying scheduling theory to develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related documents in support of program execution.
  • Schedule status processes and health assessment (e.g., 14-Point Analysis).
  • Provide resource loading/management.
  • Support cost and schedule integration.
  • Provide baseline change control processes analysis.
  • Provide Time Impact Analysis/Critical Path Analysis and Margin/Float management.

Basic Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of prior experience in program management and analysis, which should include Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, policies, procedures, directives, reporting, and concepts to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of cost reporting and baseline management.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the Oracle P6 software tools.
  • Must possess strong knowledge of project planning practices.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and a team player.
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.

Preferred Qualifications.

  • Experience scheduling for construction projects
  • Advanced Excel skill set including pivot tables, macros, lookup tables a plus
  • Experience using Acumen Fuse for schedule health assessment a plus

Pay Range:

Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
