JR62725 Program Manager, EIS

The EIS Program Manager will report to the EIS PMO Director.  You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering organizational programs and business process improvements.  This role will directly support the development of strategy, operational metrics, and organizational change management initiatives.  This is an exciting role on the front line of security in the semiconductor industry.

This is a build and run position.  The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve processes and drive alignment across the organization. Coordination, communication, and a strong sense of urgency are key to being successful in this role.

  • Support the EIS PMO and CISO to drive operational improvements and efficiencies across the EIS organization
  • Manage the content and coordination of monthly business reviews and strategic updates to senior leadership.  Track open issues and manage delivery by content owners.
  • Track, manage, and coordinate organizational activities of the leadership team.  Provide line of site for upcoming deliverables and manage the delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline process and implement improvements within the organization.
  • Work with business leads to ensure that budget, operational metrics, and organizational action items are delivered according to committed timelines.  
  • Lead organizational change management.  Influence across teams to implement process, policies, and standardized practices.
  • Mentor program and project managers.  Support, coach, and guide team members in adherence to best-practice principles of project management.  
  • Question the status quo and find opportunities for continuous improvement to simplify operational overhead.
  • Lead with Urgency - Bias to action. Prioritize objectives, remove barriers, and drive for accountability. 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Senior-level experience leading large-scale project and program delivery in a technical environment
  • Prior experience as a program manager in a matrixed organization
  • Background in process improvement and organizational change management
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and influence.
  • Outstanding influence skills to effectively drive program / project efforts.  Ability to quickly put structure in place and drive adoption
  • Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills – ability to partner and find common points of agreement with stakeholders

Other

  • Minimal travel as needed.
  • 10+ years' experience in Information Technology.  5+ years in program/project management
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or other industry recognized certifications preferred
