THE ROLE
Step into a highly strategic role as the Senior NAND Strategic Planner, shaping the future of our flash memory product and sourcing strategies. You will work at the critical intersection of market intelligence, product planning, and supply chain, driving executive-level decisions with rigorous, data-driven analysis. This role demands deep expertise in the NAND market and requires collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance to secure a sustainable competitive advantage and future growth.WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Define the long-term NAND strategy by leading comprehensive market intelligence efforts, including analyzing supply/demand, technology roadmaps, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and model complex NAND market forecasts, evaluating various scenarios and providing proactive, strategic recommendations to guide executive decision-making.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Global Operations to translate market insights into actionable product and sourcing roadmaps.
  • Influence supplier strategy by assessing supplier roadmaps, capabilities, and capacity, ensuring our NAND partner ecosystem supports our ambitious business growth goals.
  • Prepare and present executive-level briefings with actionable insights, translating complex data and industry shifts into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Deep and current understanding of the NAND flash memory market, including industry structure, competitive landscape, technology roadmaps, and global supply dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with a proven ability to conduct strategic market research, forecasting, and data-driven scenario planning.
  • Proven capability to simplify complex data into clear, strategic business recommendations, and excellent communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in strategic planning, product marketing, or related roles within the semiconductor, storage, or high-technology industries.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to operate effectively and make sound judgments in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$149,000$224,000 USD
