As a Channel Field Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the marketing execution within one of our most dynamic territories. This role is designed for a self-motivated contributor who thrives on delivering end-to-end campaigns that bridge the gap between global vision and local impact. You will work as a dedicated partner to the Brazil Channel Sales team, acting as the primary marketing engine for our "Solving for safer" narrative in the region. Whether you are localizing content, managing territory budgets, or facilitating partner programs, your work will directly impact the growth of our safety ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Territory Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive Brazil channel marketing plan to align with sales priorities and drive brand-building initiatives
Manage and allocate the territory budget to ensure high-impact execution of field marketing tactics
Analyze legal, regulatory, and economic factors to understand their impact on customer purchasing decisions within Brazil
Identify and implement marketing best practices to streamline field processes and improve regional efficiency
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
Collaborate with the Brazil Channel sales team to generate incremental pipelines for the safety and security portfolio
Create integrated marketing programs to support new product launches, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
Leverage demand generation tools and agency resources to execute campaigns and track performance metrics
Support local distributors and partners with marketing programs designed to drive sales velocity and ROI
Content & Brand Localization
Adapt and localize regional marketing content to ensure cultural relevance and message resonance in the Brazil market
Develop customer case studies to showcase the benefits of our technology ecosystem in real-world scenarios
Support Solutions and Product Marketing with local amplification of regional campaigns and major product launches
Advise internal teams on Brazil market trends to ensure our value propositions remain competitive
Event Execution & Partner Engagement
Plan, execute, and track local events such as trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility
Design and implement incentive programs for channel partners to drive engagement and performance
Oversee the approval and strategic use of partner co-op funds to ensure alignment with corporate standards
Manage relationships with local vendors and associations to expand Motorola Solutions’ regional footprint
Technical Expertise
Business & Marketing Planning to define clear objectives, tactics, budgets, and measurable KPIs
Data-Driven Analysis to extract actionable insights from complex marketing data
Advanced English and Spanish Proficiency to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
Digital Marketing Tools to execute and report on demand generation campaigns
Professional Experience
Proven Experience in channel or field marketing within the Brazil technology or telecommunications sector
Project Management to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives and event logistics simultaneously
Budget Oversight to manage territory spend and maximize marketing return on investment
Competitive Positioning to differentiate Motorola Solutions within the local safety and security landscape
Soft Skills & Attributes
