核心职责

负责中国区客户样品供应全流程管理，协同内外部团队优化样品分配效率，搭建标准化流程，处理各类样品相关异常，支撑客户设计落地及业务目标达成。

主要工作内容

一、样品供应与分配管理

• 负责中国区本地客户（30+核心客户）的样品供应管理，重点保障供应受限情况下，客户设计需求的样品支持，助力客户设计落地。
• 担任样品分配专员，对接不同产品线的样品需求。
• 紧密协同BU、区域团队（Field teams）及客户，优化样品分配策略，确保样品资源合理调配，提升客户满意度。

二、收费样品流程搭建与落地

• 搭建并完善端到端订单到收款（O2C）流程，覆盖CMF设置、需求履约、物流发货、款项收取全环节，实现收费样品流程标准化。
• 协助客户完成付费样品申请，向客户传递相关立场与要求，协同客户优化双方流程，提升流程效率与合规性。
• 指导内部后台运营人员完成流程设置，确保流程落地执行到位，解决流程执行中的相关疑问。

三、长期增值税（VAT）节约推进

• 担任中国区所有客户的样品管理把关人，推动客户作为记录进口商的直接发货模式落地，实现长期增值税节约目标。

四、样品相关项目管理

• 主导所有样品相关项目，包括但不限于：降低样品定价以减轻关税对中国区客户的影响，确保客户成本可控。
• 定期向管理层汇报项目进展、执行状态及相关成果，确保项目目标达成。

五、异常与升级处理

• 担任客户样品相关升级事项的对接人（POC），专门处理相关客户的样品升级问题，快速响应并推动解决。
• 处理所有客户的各类样品相关异常与升级事项，包括发票问题、海关查验、定价问题、款项支付等，确保异常闭环，保障业务顺畅推进。

• 了解增值税（VAT）相关知识、进出口流程者优先，具备项目管理意识。
• 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能清晰传递企业立场，协同双方优化流程。
