Key Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s business challenges, distill them into a communications brief, and strategize solutions as the main point of contact in accounts
- Provide day-to-day counsel to clients and coordinate account management
- Develop IMC/PR plans and create content
- Understand client’s needs and give a well-structured brief to editorial & creative teams
- Coordinate account services, including daily monitoring, research, planning, and execution
- Build and manage media relations on behalf of the clients we represent
- Gain professional trust from clients
- Know how to manage vendors and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Responsible for keeping the team abreast of deadlines and progress
Qualifications
- 5~6 years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, or media.
- Superior writing and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work
- Ability to act as daily client contact for multiple clients simultaneously and possesses a track record of responsible, client-related finance management, including comprehensive managing within client budgets
- Able to manage and inspire a team and to make sound judgments daily, knowing when to seek senior counsel
