Join us at COOP as we revolutionize the semi-trailer industry! We're seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion our trailer sharing platform across the United States, bringing excitement and innovation to the world of semi-trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong relationships with key accounts, including trailer leasing and rental companies, large private fleets, and trailer OEMs, to bolster our nationwide inventory of trailers available on COOP.
  • Energize, train, and incentivize the Ryder sales team to uncover new opportunities and cultivate a robust pipeline of trailer owners.
  • Lead the development of compelling sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of COOP to our target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the COOP sales and marketing teams to capitalize on growing demand, achieve monetization goals, and drive divisional growth.
  • Champion the creation and prioritization of platform enhancements essential for achieving our division's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required Business, marketing, Transportation or equivalent field
  • Master's degree preferred MBA, marketing, Transportation or equivalent field
  • Five (5) years or more Proven consecutive sales excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities required
  • Four (4) years or more Experience at the Ryder Business Unit level or similar required
  • One (1) year or more Roundtable attainment preferred
  • PC/computer competency intermediate required


Travel - 50-60% (mainly north east)

Applicants from California, Connecticut, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington - Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000. Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Minimum Pay Range:

70000

Maximum Pay Range:

90000

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
