Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our India CoE-Integration & Engg -CAT IT division.

The incumbent would be expected to Work with different teams to provide support on PMO activities like reviewing contracts, agreements, Purchase Order related activities for the department and facilitation of key events.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, Whitefield office.

What you will do

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project managers and team members for onboarding project resources in MSP for project time reporting.
  • Create work orders in Spend folders for resource onboarding, support Guided buy and release orders in Next Gen.
  • Validate and process purchase orders, while supporting departmental budgeting efforts to meet team targets.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to follow up on the workflow for PO creation.
  • Generate and present metrics and reports as requested by leadership team.
  • Receive invoices generated by external vendors.
  • Proactively initiate renewal of SOWs from various vendors.
  • Help facilitate key department events .

What you will have 

  • Minimum 3-year degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, HR, or equivalent experience in other related field of study.
  • Overall, 5 to 8 years of experience in coordinating projects/ programs and purchasing and in Executive admin position.
  • Should have worked with multiple teams, coordinating activities for various teams.
  • Handling invoices , handling schedules and other coordination activities.
  • Basic understanding of Vendor agreements and engagement
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); ability to use the features and functions in Microsoft Office products.

  • Accuracy and Mindfulness: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with prominent levels of precision.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Solid organizational skills including diligence and multitasking skills.
