Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business processes, designing and implementing application solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define application solutions. - Develop and implement application solutions using the ALIP Product Configuration. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Product Configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ALIP Product Development. - Strong understanding of insurance domain and ALIP product functionality. - Experience in designing and configuring ALIP product components. - Knowledge of ALIP data model and integration points. - Hands-on experience in ALIP product testing and debugging. - Familiarity with ALIP product deployment and release management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ALIP Product Configuration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
