A Day in the Life

Quality Systems Specialist - Training

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

·         Supports oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines

·         Support governance for training systems and processes

·         Implement training standards to meet the needs of new and changing regulations.

·         Serves as training document owner

·         Support internal and external audits.

·         Maintains current knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry guidance that impact the company's compliance program.

·         Supports process improvement initiatives.

·         Facilitates uniform training standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of work experience in Quality Management setting in a regulated industry (years of experience depend of principal, senior, or associate levels)

Requires practical knowledge in managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.
