Plan de formación propuesto
El Departamento de EHS (Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad) en GSK se dedica a asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente en todas las operaciones de la empresa, promoviendo un entorno de trabajo seguro y sostenible.
Objetivos Formativos:
Durante las prácticas, el estudiante se formará en el Departamento de EHS, participando en las siguientes actividades bajo la supervisión de profesionales experimentados:

La beca incluye matrícula en Programa CITIUS de Iniciación profesional en la Empresa (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid)
Esta oportunidad de prácticas en GSK proporcionará al estudiante una experiencia educativa integral en el ámbito de la prevención de riesgos laborales y medio ambiente. A través de la participación en proyectos estratégicos y la colaboración con profesionales del sector, el estudiante desarrollará habilidades clave en gestión de seguridad y medio ambiente, cumplimiento de normativas, y mejora continua de sistemas de gestión. Además, la formación práctica se complementará con el desarrollo de competencias transversales como el trabajo en equipo, la proactividad y la orientación al logro, fundamentales para su futura carrera profesional en el ámbito de la salud y la seguridad en el trabajo.
Estas prácticas se enmarcan dentro del programa CITIUS, asegurando que todas las actividades formativas estén alineadas con los objetivos educativos del estudiante, promoviendo un aprendizaje práctico y supervisado que facilitará su integración en el mercado laboral.
