About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a visionary Staff Product Designer to join our Growth team and revolutionize how prospects become customers. As a key player in driving conversion optimization across multiple brands, you will craft seamless, intuitive, and data-driven experiences that turn opportunities into loyal customers. What You’ll Do
- Elevate Conversion Experiences: Own and refine the entire customer journey of potential customers, with a focus on acquisition, checkout, and payment flows. You’ll design seamless, intuitive experiences that clearly communicate our product’s value, empowering customers to confidently engage and make informed decisions when signing up for our offerings.
- Drive Strategic Design & Innovation:: Shape and execute the long-term design roadmap for HelloFresh’s conversion funnel, while continually delivering tactical, iterative improvements that immediately impact business outcomes.
- Lead Experimentation & Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing) to design and implement high-impact experiments. Use data and analytics to inform design decisions, continuously testing hypotheses to enhance and personalize the user journey.
- Enhance Design Quality: Lead UI improvements that elevate the quality of our visual and interaction design and create a more intuitive and efficient experience.
- Collaborate cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Marketing, and other Designers to align on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Design for a Multi-Brand Ecosystem: Create modular, tailored flows that cater to the unique identities of our various brands, customer purchase intents, and levels of product awareness. You’ll deliver experiences that resonate deeply with diverse audiences, ensuring relevance and personalization at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Experience in B2C Product Design: Extensive background in product design with a strong focus on conversion optimization and demonstrated success in creating impactful, customer-centered designs in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experimentation Mastery: Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable design improvements quickly and efficiently.
- Strategic Thinker & Doer: You’re equally comfortable setting a vision and executing against it, balancing big-picture strategic thinking with attention to design detail. You know how to drive immediate impact while building towards long-term goals.
- Fluency in Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems, with a strong understanding of information architecture, content hierarchy, and UI/UX standards.
- Global Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design solutions and collaborate with international teams (across New York, Berlin, Manila) in a dynamic, multi-time-zone environment.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and are eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible in conversion design.
