So what does an Identity Access Management Associate do? Think of yourself as someone who is responsible for ensuring that the IAM (Identity and Access Management) service delivery meets established SLA.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: to provide the first level of support for all IAM related incidents and service requests.
As an Identity Access Management Associate, you will:
First level of support for all IAM related incidents and service requests
Performs configuration of security policies and rules for integrating IAM best practice with other products in various deployment environments based on requirement.
Responds to any client/support inquiries for assistance with any access related concern governing IAM
Assists the IAM Analyst with any project and implementation
Maintains all necessary runbooks and documents and maintains a good understanding of IAM service offerings and processes
Do you have what it takes to become an Identity Access Management Associate?
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or equivalent 1 to 2 years experience in Identity and Access Management software/solutions
Basic knowledge with different IT Infrastructure segment such as Network, Database, middleware and Windows
Basic knowledge and experience in active directory
Basic knowledge in Information Security and knowledgeable on different Information Technology terminology and strong knowledge in MS Excel and Google sheets
Ability to complete a high volume of service requests and incident tickets efficiently
Has hands-on experience or theoretical knowledge with Enterprise Ticketing systems (Ex: Remedy, Service Now and SD Manage Engine)
Can work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Has good communication skills and has the ability to travel up to 40% domestic
