Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative for Application Technical Support, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your typical day will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available, and managing risk to services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide operational support for IT production systems and services. - Ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Manage risk to services and ensure client satisfaction. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Strong understanding of IT production systems and services. - Experience in managing risk to services. - Experience in providing operational support for production systems and devices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
