• Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level.
• May utilize the services of employment agencies
• Places employment ads in appropriate sources
• Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics
• Create recruiting strategies for specific vacancies to be covered.

Required profile:
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office and e-mail skills required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Knowledge in recruiting processes including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
