Overview

We are currently looking for a Marketing technologist to join our team in Singapore focused on Business Units specific deliverables. In this role, you will be responsible for building systems and solutions leveraging various Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power BI, Power Automate etc.).

Your Team

You will report to the IT Director for the Business Unit. You will work extensively with colleagues from the different multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build data & analytics solutions in Microsoft Azure - architect and design technical solutions to obtain, process, store data, design scalable data models to prepare data, leverage power BI to create business relevant visualizations and provide insights based on this data.
• Suggest and implement data models and architecture improvements. Work with P&G expert teams to bring the best data engineering practices to business. Work on automation and optimization of internal processes in Azure.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive consumer data collection and retargeting to acquire new consumers / shoppers. Work with Media agencies and Media tech partners (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) to set up data driven marketing campaigns.
• Lead agile IT innovation projects using cloud and hybrid solutions, bringing technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better e-Business results
• Prioritizing & translating business requirements to systems requirements which also adhere to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree qualifications (Preferred disciplines include: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics)
• Hands-on knowledge of PowerBI
• Good understanding of digital marketing and AdTech ecosystem.
• Adept at demonstrating technologies for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to translate innovations into robust, scalable, analytic solutions.
• Basic understanding of application management & cloud technology architecture and Data models (RDBMS, Delta tables), basic Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure SQL)
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills to influence others to act.
• Good social skills, self-motivated, dynamic with a can-do mentality.
• Able to balance multiple priorities and work with timelines
• Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business and technology.
