The Account Management team is part of the Sales Team at Gorgias. We educate merchants on optimizing their customer experience for efficiency and personalization at scale. The focus of our team is cross-selling add-ons to our existing customer base.
The Gorgias Marketing Suite includes Convert and AI Agent that helps our Merchants increase their conversion rate, grow AOVs, and reduce bounce rate. We’ve repeatedly proven that with Convert, Merchants can increase their GMV by more than 10% and get a 20x ROI.
We’re looking for a motivated sales person, ideally with experience selling a marketing tool to e-commerce brands. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be at the forefront of innovative tech solutions and your skills will be instrumental in driving revenue.
You will join a rapidly growing team and play a key role in launching new products.
As part of our Account Management team, your role will be cross-selling Convert and Sales AI Agent to our existing customer base
You will be in a sales role, hold a quota, and be responsible for to hit your quota.
You will demo existing customers on our Convert product, conduct ROI analysis, and own the closing process.
You will have inbound leads routed by Customer Success and will sometimes outbound existing customers.
You will be working primarily with marketing managers, CMOs, brand owners, and customer service managers.
2-3 years of sales experience as an Account Executive or selling directly to e-commerce brands in a closing role
Demonstrated success in a fast paced and high volume sales environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
Tech Savvy, you will act as a solutions consultant that can speak to how our products can help improve the CX experience and drive revenue
Selling is something you love doing, you want to be coached and further develop your sales skills
Ability to understand complex ideas and automate processes
Active listener who can identify opportunities and leverage them
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in English

Experience as an e-commerce founder running your own online store
Experience working at a tech-start up
Experience in marketing and knowledge of marketing trends and metrics
Fluency in French
