Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a full time Clinical Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Clinical Supervisor is an administrative and clinically oriented position responsible for developing and monitoring Individualized Service Plans for adults living at the Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) program. This position provides behavioral support services, supervises a team of direct care employees and works collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and community to support individuals in accordance with Keystone’s mission, vision and values.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline
• Registered, licensed, or certified to practice by a licensing board in Pennsylvania
• One year of mental health clinical experience working directly with individuals with mental illness
• Experience conducting assessments and developing support plans
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn other software as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Daily  access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience
