As an AI Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering AI-powered products that meet the needs of CDO - creating productivity efficiencies, automation towards data tooling adoption, advanced analytics and data governance . Working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers, you'll lead the product development process from ideation to launch and beyond. Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to deliver value
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer pain points, informing product roadmap prioritization and feature development
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating customer needs and business objectives into actionable user stories and features
- Roadmap Planning: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic goals, resource constraints, and market feedback
- Feature Development: Work closely with engineering and data science teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with product vision, user needs, and technical feasibility
- User Experience (UX) Design: Partner with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that leverage AI capabilities to deliver personalized and impactful interactions
- Product Launch: Lead product launch activities, including go-to-market planning, messaging, and collateral development, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and success
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, monitoring and analyzing product performance post-launch to inform iterative improvements
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations, iterating on the product based on user insights
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization, fostering alignment and collaboration on product goals and priorities
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application
- Proven experience in product management roles, with a focus on AI-powered products and technologies
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and applications, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize market data, customer feedback, and technical insights to inform product decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
- Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven leadership ability in a business, client or operational role
- Demonstrated experience in managing change
- RFP management and client pitch experience
- Commercial and contract management experience
- Ability to execute in a large matrixed organization
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred and managerial experience
