This is a part-time position with responsibilities for services at Morehead and potentially other locations. Daytime working hours, 3 days per week.

Pay Range:

$35.50 - $53.25

Where you will work:

Atrium Health Supportive Oncology Multidisciplinary department of supportive care in cancer. More than 25 nurses across different sections and locations. M-F, 8:00-4:30, reports up to department leader/RN manager; Population is patients who have had cancer or are being actively treated for cancer, all age 18 and older.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• two yearsof Nursing experience preferred
• BSN required

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed. 
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
