A Research Scientist position is currently available at Temasek Laboratories@NTU. The candidate is expected to work on the cryptography and automated cryptanalysis.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct research on cryptography, automated cryptanalysis and machine learning
• Preparing reports and presentations for the project
• Publish relevant results to cryptography and/or machine learning conferences/journals

Job Requirements: 

• PhD in Mathematics and/or Electronics and/or Computer Science
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong initiatives
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in symmetric-key cryptanalysis and automated cryptanalysis is a requirement
• Expertise in machine learning is a strong plus
