We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Developer with a focus on AI and machine learning to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML models and applications while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Model Development: Assist in designing, developing, and training machine learning models to solve complex problems. Data Preparation: Work with datasets to clean, preprocess, and transform data for analysis and model training. Collaboration: Collaborate with senior developers and data scientists to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and systems. Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML, applying new knowledge to enhance projects. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, including code, methodologies, and project updates. Testing and Validation: Support testing and validation of AI/ML models, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience using AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn). Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Understanding of SQL or experience with databases is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI/ML models. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Any prior experience with AI/ML projects, internships, or relevant coursework is a plus.
