Job Description Summary:

The Advisor reports directly to the Director of Regional Operations and will collaborate with manager peers and partners to support the business operations in the west-central market for Employer Solutions. This may include (but not limited to) onsite clinics, WorkHealth, Associate Health, substance testing, fitness and wellness and business services. This position will collaborate with other Employer Solutions leaders on customer strategy and goal deployment work. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to operationalize innovative, quality solutions that respond to our customers’ needs (customers = employers, patients/employees).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree

Field of Study: Business, healthcare, nursing or related field.

Years of experience: 5+ in management of fitness/wellness, occupational health, onsite clinics, urgent care, or other applicable service lines

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Healthcare administration

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

Masters of Science in Nursing or Masters in Healthcare Administration, certification in occupational health

5 years occupational health experience with programs focused on occupational health regulatory bodies

Previous management experience

INFORMATION SECURITY
 

Maintains confidentiality of log-on password(s) and security of other authentication devices (e.g., key fobs, proximity devices, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

50%: Business operations management. Setting business financial goals, budgeting and managing business to meet budget. Oversight of performance reporting such as month end, utilization reviews, and regular customer dashboard. Management of standard operating procedures. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for operations to ensure efficient, effective & quality performance.

30%: In partnership with Business Development, position will develop relationships with customers in the market and identify new growth opportunities. Position will also responsible for customer service with employer stakeholders.

10%: Additional responsibilities include performance monitoring, reporting, contract compliance, quality oversight, contract administration and partnering with internal business partners and external vendors as necessary to support business goals.

10%: This role will work directly with the clinical staff to facilitate and direct pertinent quality initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to: patient safety, care outcome improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
