We are solving a unique problem, one that’s mostly untouched by other e-commerce players. We are designing ecommerce for the Next Billion Users - the users from Tier-2+ markets who are new to the ecommerce landscape and have (almost) never transacted online before.
Our team’s mission is to ensure that we are the lowest price destination in India. We believe that a relentless focus on exploring all levers is what will distinguish us from everyone else and create value for people across the country. Moreover, rather than starting with solutions that everyone is using, we believe that focusing on the problem in detail is what allows us to come up with innovative solutions.
The team is as hungry as our users. While we come from different backgrounds and cultures, starting from the CEO, we are all focused on delivering value for users. About the Role
We are looking for a problem-solving, forward-thinking Sr Business Manager for NMV/MAU. Someone who can lead & influence a team of program managers and deliver results. A leader who can strategise & scale by empowering other program managers in the team as they deliver results while working across Business, Product, Tech, Logistics, etc.
They will need to be able to present to the CEO once a month on the progress we are making on the NMV/MAU side.
