Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review of tax workpapers, K‐1’s and returns provided outside accounting
• Assist in developing internal process for quarterly tax payments for management entities and founders of the
• Assist with internal FATCA/CRS requirements both for KYC purposes and reporting
• Assist in ASC740 deliverables for Audit
• Develop efficiencies for the team to manage deliverables and data
• Assist in tax research for complex products trading and/or jurisdictional analysis for products trading.
• Assist in tax research related to our global footprint and
• Assist in tax research related to specific structuring for fund and new deals
