We're looking for an experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Global Mobility & Immigration Manager. As an immigration specialist you will assist employees immigration needs for AMS, EMEA and APAC region. You will provide guidance, and assistance to employees throughout the entire immigration process. We are looking for candidates with an understanding of immigration policies. You will support and transform our regional processes, enhance our operations, and provide excellent support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other immigration specialists to ensure the completion of applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of employees and case details, visa and work permit applications, approvals and rejections.
  • Provide guidance on visa and work permit processes, including required documentation, application timelines, and government fees.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to gather supporting documents, such as job offers, contracts, invoices, signatures, and sponsorship letters and monitor application status, follow up with attorney's, government agencies and employees to expedite processing and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Stay updated on changes to immigration policies, procedures, and processing times in multiple countries and communicate these updates to team members.
  • Maintain case process communications with candidates, employees, recruiters and managers, providing updates on their visa application status.
  • Follow privacy regulations in maintaining records and escalate issues to Immigration Manager promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream with 2 years of experience in US, EMEA immigration programs, with specific expertise in immigration coordination for the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • Flexible to work in EST time zone
  • Create reports and analytics related to the processes.
  • Experience managing confidential employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
