This position provides marketing support to the Digital Operations and Marketing Departments through a variety of related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, cope under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn, and have a professional, supportive attitude.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

• Process all project requests for the homebuilding Divisions.
• Provide back-end project management support with a friendly and caring demeanor.
• Traffic all projects promptly to meet deadlines.
• Proof all advertising materials for correct content and ensure proper disclaimers and licensing
information.
• Create and process legal reviews/feedback on behalf of the Divisions, as necessary.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to problem-solve and advocate for Divisions/special
requests.
• Confirm deliverables comply with National brand standards, are on schedule, and of superior
quality.
• Adhere to all internal procedures for trafficking projects.
• Train, oversee, and manage the Digital Ops Specialist position.
• Co-host weekly Division meetings and assist with preparing reports and follow-up from meetings.
• May be tasked to assist Divisional Marketing Leadership with tasks such as creative production,
coordination of model homes and events, and additional marketing-related responsibilities as
needed.
• Attending virtual production/staff meetings.
• Assist with training of Divisional Marketing team members.
• Assists with special projects, as needed.
• Assist with research opportunities.
• Share best practices with Divisions.
• Upload files to the Digital Asset Management system.
• Work with the merchandising department on Division office and Welcome Home Center creative
materials, as needed.
• Executes persistent follow-up with the divisions and communicates deadlines for specific tasks.
• Understands digital content requirements and basic website administration.
• Understands marketing channel best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes.
• Occasionally travels for team and division meetings.
