Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and fast-moving Product Manager to own and evolve Luna’s ops-focused Platform and Web applications. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with Engineering and key stakeholders across the business to plan, release, and iterate on platform services, workflow enhancements, third-party systems, and automations that drive impact, efficiency, and scalability. This position and company emphasizes attention to detail and fast turnarounds, keeping in mind that an improvement is just a release away. Your expertise and leadership will be critical in shaping our technology and driving innovation within the team.
90-Day Expectations:
Independently writing and shepherding product plans through the review process.
Have delivered multiple new features or enhancements.
Managing your products’ backlogs through stakeholder engagement and curation in support of roadmapping, establishing and revising product documentation, supporting Engineering’s execution of your product plans, and participating in the team’s quarterly goals.
Build foundational understanding of Luna’s data architecture and cross-system dependencies that influence your product areas.
Travel Demands:
Some travel may be required in support of the position, particularly to spend time with internal users and teams for planning, research, and testing purposes.
