Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager/Owner in our Global Payments & Liquidity Management group that delivers treasury management services for business customers. This role sits within the Information & Data Solutions (I&DS) organization, which manages the development and infrastructure for reporting and data products supporting the $3B/year Treasury Management business. The team drives initiatives for payments, reporting, receivables, account, and liquidity solutions.
The Lead Product Manager/Owner works with partners in Product, Technology, Risk, and Digital to deliver required upgrades, and with Sales, Service, Implementations, and Operations to ensure product launch readiness. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ownership of product P&L, including accountability for financial performance and revenue growth. The successful candidate is process-focused and strategically minded, responsible for defining and executing a product strategy that drives revenue, ensures deadlines are met, identifies and resolves development blockers, tracks program metrics and milestones, and keeps cross-functional partners and leaders informed of progress.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
Establish requirements collaboratively with other product SMEs and stakeholders, and distill those requirements in concise, easy to understand user stories with clear, detailed acceptance criteria.
Lead cross functional product development efforts that may require multiple, cross-domain, development teams
Collaborate with design resources to support intuitive, responsive design practices that adhere to ADA guidelines
Partner with product and development teams to deliver value adding products and services to Treasury Management customers
Collaborate with implementation, service, and operations teams to ensure product related processes are documented and operate smoothly.
Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
