Our Finance team is committed to building a scalable foundation by providing in-depth, insightful analyses of all financial drivers that help inform and contribute to the success and growth of Karat. We sit at the center of data and information, and it is our mission to transform these insights into meaningful decisions.
As Finance Manager at Karat, you will partner with organizational leaders in Go-To-Market (GTM) and Interview Delivery to drive operational improvements, build analyses, models, and reports, and provide measurable data to help the Company scale.
We are looking to hire this position out of Mexico, as this individual will work closely with global stakeholders, requiring overlap with all U.S. timezones.
All Mexico-based offers include a competitive salary in local currency and Karat-granted stock options. Mexico Employees of Record (EOR) will receive the standard bonuses mandated by Mexico (Aguinaldo, PEO Profit Sharing, and Vacation) and all required, country-specific benefits.
