  • Partner with the Global Indirect Tax Leader and shared service centres to drive indirect tax strategies, process improvements, and compliance efficiencies.

  • Support the global transfer pricing leader and external advisors to implement, monitor, and communicate global transfer pricing policies and review regional TP documentation.

  • Lead communications with tax authorities across the region, including tax controversy and audits, and collaborate with global tax experts on strategy.

  • Identify and manage tax incentives, working with external advisors to support claims and ensure compliance with ongoing incentive regimes.

  • Support US GAAP tax reporting, including quarterly provision, cash tax forecasting, return-to-provision adjustments, and uncertain tax positions for entities in scope.

  • Lead or support tax matters for business transformation and supply chain initiatives, including legal entity simplification and M&A activities.

  • Collaborate closely with global planning and transfer pricing teams, and with other regional and country tax leaders on cross‑regional projects.

  • Monitor legislative changes across the SEA and ANZ jurisdictions and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders.

  • Work closely with global planning and SMEs on the implementation and ongoing compliance in relation to BEPS Pillar 2.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of international corporate tax experience, preferably including Big 4 experience.

  • Strong technical knowledge of international corporate income tax across SEA and ANZ jurisdictions, including transfer pricing, tax treaty interpretation, and interactions between statutory accounting and tax return requirements.

  • Strong communication skills in English, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate across global teams.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed further:

  • Experience in a US‑headquartered multinational with a broad manufacturing or commercial footprint.

  • Demonstrated analytics and influencing skills with a track record of driving outcomes.
