We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Awareness Program Manager to lead our security awareness initiatives and be a leading voice in advancement of a security mentality at Micron!

Our mission is to educate and enable employees and contractors to perform their jobs securely, ensuring they are well-informed on enterprise and regulatory security requirements. The awareness program manager will implement the security awareness strategy, partner with key team members to develop impactful global awareness campaigns, and support executive-level communications for the security organization. 

This role requires outstanding communication and presentation development skills, as well as familiarity with security standard methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience developing security awareness content for an enterprise organization, strong presentation development and written communication skills for an executive audience, and the ability to translate sophisticated concepts into simple, relatable terms for a geographically diverse workforce.

  • Presentation and Visualization Development: Proficiency in crafting compelling presentations and visual aids that convey security concepts and data.

  • Executive Communication: Build concise, professional messages and presentations for an executive audience, ensuring clarity and impact.

  • Program Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, set priorities, and adapt to changing tasks quickly.

  • Training Development: Experience in crafting and delivering engaging security awareness training programs, including simulations and interactive sessions.

  • Versatile Communication: Communicate optimally with both regular employees and executives, tailoring the message to suit the audience.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of security concepts and standard processes.

How To Qualify:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of direct experience in developing and delivering security awareness content, preferably in IT, Information Security, or Cybersecurity.

  • Experience in executive-level content creation and message delivery.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project/program management skills.

  • Experience working in similar positions for global companies.

  • Proven track record in development of comprehensive security awareness content and training programs.
