What you will do
This person will join the sales team in Macau. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.
How you will do it
- Explore new business opportunities in Fire projects
- Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure quality of work are met
- Develop sales lead and identify customer requirements
- Conduct cold calls and new business development
- Provide direct support to key customers via commercial zone, regional, territory and store contacts
- Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer and meet the agreed statement, quality standard, sales target and business objectives
- Proactively build and manage your own team / lead pipeline
- Meet / exceed individual targets for number of new prospects / lead generation, number of qualified leads as directed covering focused area including campaigns and digital
What we look for
Required
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ sales experience preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager
Preferred
- Experience in building service / engineering related industry would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
