To help fuel our growth we are currently looking to identify top sales talent for the Orthopaedic Instruments South East team in a Territory Sales Manager role in Central London. 

The Role

As a Territory Sales Manager within the Orthopaedic Instruments Division, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services.

You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities as well as maintaining existing business in key Orthopaedic instruments accounts within the territory. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals.

You will be required to conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.

What you need

  • Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics
  • A demonstrable track record of success within medical device sales
  • Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results
  • Confidence and a desire to win
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • A full UK driving license
