About the Role:        

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing PMO to join our dynamic Sales Development team. You will be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives by providing strategic support, project management, and operational excellence. Your role will be instrumental in aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring timely execution, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:     

- Craft and execute regional-specific campaigns aligned with sales priorities and needs, such as enablement materials, account lists, and cadence adjustments.

- Organize and track inbound campaign requests, status changes, and confirmation of go-to-market launches

- Ensure global campaign rollouts are adapted for the region by reviewing cadence translation, adjusting account volume per sub-region, and enablement.

- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies based on global and regional insights

- Manage and monitor inbound campaign requests, track status changes, and confirm go-to-market launches.

- Outbound support: volume of accounts received by BDRs,

- Operationalize BDRs access to tools and systems: roster setup, QASA and salesloft adoption"         

Required Qualifications & Experience:      

             

  • Relevant working across different teams in a high-paced sales environment (or equivalent) 
  • Ability to make decisions using data with very strong analytical and proven reporting skills        
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills           
  • Extremely well organized     
  • Deadline and detail-oriented          
  • The professional must have a self-starter mentality ready to drive the implementation of ideas and initiatives and own and take tasks through to completion.
