This role supports the Digital Services portfolio by improving how it is understood and positioned across Baker Hughes and in the market.

The role focuses on building internal alignment, shaping clear portfolio messages, and creating content that explains the value of digital services in a simple, consistent way. It is an individual contributor role, suited for someone who works independently, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Content & Messaging

  • Develop clear and consistent content that explains the Digital Services portfolio and its value.
  • Create portfolio narratives, presentations, and overview materials for internal and external use.
  • Translate complex digital topics into clear, practical messages for different audiences.

Internal Engagement & Alignment

  • Work with product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders to align on portfolio messaging.
  • Support internal teams with content they can confidently use and reuse.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in how the portfolio is described and help address them.

External Content Support

  • Be the architect of the messaging of the GTSD leadership team internally and externally'.
  • Prepare content that can be used with customers, partners, and external audiences.
  • Support marketing and commercial activities with portfolio‑level messaging and materials.
  • Ensure content is accurate, credible, and aligned with Baker Hughes brand guidelines.

Consistency & Quality

  • Maintain a single, clear portfolio story across teams and materials.
  • Ensure content follows approved brand and tone‑of‑voice standards.
  • Continuously improve content based on feedback and usage.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in content, marketing, portfolio, or digital‑focused roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for technical or digital topics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a global organization.
  • Experience in B2B, digital services, or industrial environments is preferred.
