Position Overview

Are you energized by shaping technology strategy and guiding leaders through complex, high‑impact decisions? Do you bring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and experience evaluating modern technology services to drive measurable enterprise value? Freddie Mac invites you to join our organization as a Technology Strategy Director.

In this role, you will enable informed, value-driven decisions about technology services and investments across Finance. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, executive-level communication skills, and demonstrated experience directing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Direct exposure to executive stakeholders and high-visibility decisions that shape Finance’s technology direction

  • Opportunity to influence investment strategy across a large, mission-driven enterprise with meaningful impact
