Your Responsibility:
Coordinate the performance of IC activities, drive an action plan, ensure corrective actions are taken when required
Plan and monitor the work of the team, setting goals, preparing a development plan, evaluation, working time administration
Lead month-end activities and reporting
Support and develop the teams through regular communication, planning and coaching
Monitor, interpret, and report teams key performance indicators
Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of process improvements within the team,
Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity including Intercompany policy
Ensure policies and procedures are maintained and implemented
Participate in joint, multinational projects and initiatives according to the current needs
Give regular feedback and allocate sufficient time for the team's development and support
Your Skills and Expertise:
Min. 2 years of experience in people manager role
3-4 years of experience in handling accounting processes
Good understanding of Intercompany end-to-end process
English - fluent; any other European language is an asset
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
High motivation
Very good understanding of and experience in process improvement
Ability to delegate tasks and support the team in their implementation
Ability to adapt and learn fast, remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritize and work to key deadlines
