Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Analysing, advising, and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.
  • Translate client requirements into SAP module specifications and configurations.
  • Design SAP solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the SAP solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for SAP module configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Prepare regular status reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Develop training materials and user manuals.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP module features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to SAP module implementations. Support in developing and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.

Primary Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of experience in SAP EWM / WM / Stock Room Management solutions with at least 1 implementation experience
  • Experience with both S/4 HANA embedded and decentralized warehouse scenarios on SAP EWM is an advantage.
  • Experience in Inbound, Outbound, and Internal warehouse processes
  • Hands-on experience with integration to mobile devices is a plus.
  • Experience with MFS (Material Flow systems) & warehouse automation scenarios are a value add.
  • Deep experience with integration to other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP and TM
