Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

• Perform Requirement gathering, scoping and analysis on assigned domain. (Risk Controls, buyload, GForest, etc.)
• Translate the requirements into business configurations within the identified systems/components within established SLA.
• Analyze processes and provide inputs on potential areas for improvement.
• Provide updates and status reports to IS.

Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)

• Knowledgeable in SQL
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent process analysis skill.
• Critical thinker with strong ability to make good decisions, can assess the impact of each action made on service configuration and with efficient problem-solving skills.
• Acts proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Delivers

• Process Service Configuration Requirements to be used by Partners and/or customers for convenient and secured payment channels.
• Accurate Reports and feedback

• Completion of Service Configuration Requirement within agreed SLA
