We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the Geolocation Services team. Our team provides maps, search and routing APIs for all of Bolt's apps and services.

You will work with a cross-functional team responsible for delivering high quality geospatial technology. You will own an end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap (aligned with the overall product roadmap) that meets user and business needs!

Your primary responsibility will be to discover and bring to life innovative services that will help us provide an efficient, cost-optimized, and operationally superior marketplace experience for all users (riders, drivers, couriers, etc.). We are looking for someone who can define measurable success metrics at the business level and consistently monitor their progress. Excellent technical skills balanced with user empathy will be critical.

You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem!

<title>About the role</title>

<text>As a Product Manager for Geo, you’ll own the budget and KPIs, building and executing medium to long-term vision and working with a strong cross-functional team of PMs, Analysts, Operations (Program Managers & Map Specialists), Data Science, and Engineers. Your main responsibility will be to discover and bring to life innovative products that outcompete the industry’s giants (e.g. Google Maps, TomTom, Sygic) on cost, quality, and accuracy.

A key part of your role will be to collaborate with other product teams across Bolt's businesses (Rides, Food, Micromobility, etc.) and maintain a fine balance between building a system that can serve all of our diverse users while still being tailored to their specific needs. Your excellent ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.</text>

Your daily adventures will include:

  • <point>Discover opportunities to suggest location and routing improvements across the business.</point>
  • <point>Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with geolocation goals and user needs across all business units (rides, deliveries, rentals).</point>
  • <point>Design experiments for deliverables (with support from your peers and analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.</point>
  • <point>Prioritise features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer needs (drivers, riders, couriers) and data analysis.</point>
  • <point>Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate our geolocation services (routes, estimates, and search) based on data insights.</point>
  • <point>Lead and facilitate product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog maintenance, and product reviews.</point>
  • <point>Serve as the primary point of contact for all geo-related issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</point>
